نقطة التعادل هي حجم المبيعات اللي عنده لا بتكسب ولا بتخسر.Break-even is the sales level at which you neither make nor lose money.
المعادلة: التكاليف الثابتة ÷ (سعر البيع − التكلفة المباشرة للوحدة) = عدد الوحدات المطلوب.Formula: fixed costs ÷ (price − direct cost per unit) = units required.
مثال: مقهى تكاليفه الثابتة 8,000 شهريًا، وسعر الكوب 5 وتكلفته 1.75. يبقى محتاج يبيع حوالي 2,460 كوب في الشهر، يعني حوالي 91 كوب في اليوم لو شغال 27 يوم.Example: a café with 8,000 monthly fixed costs, a cup price of 5 and a cost of 1.75 needs to sell about 2,460 cups a month — around 91 a day over 27 working days.
