دراسة الجدوى بتجاوب على سؤال واحد: هل المشروع ده هيكسب، وإمتى؟A feasibility study answers one question: will this project make money, and when?
أي دراسة كويسة فيها 4 أجزاء: دراسة السوق (مين هيشتري وبكام)، الدراسة الفنية (محتاج إيه عشان تشتغل)، الدراسة المالية (التكاليف والإيرادات والأرباح لخمس سنين)، والمخاطر.A good study has four parts: market (who will buy, at what price), technical (what you need to operate), financial (costs, revenue and profit over five years) and risks.
أهم المؤشرات: صافي القيمة الحالية NPV (لو موجب يبقى المشروع بيخلق قيمة)، ومعدل العائد الداخلي IRR، وفترة الاسترداد، ونقطة التعادل.Key indicators: NPV (positive means the project creates value), IRR, payback period and break-even point.
غلطة شائعة: تفاؤل زيادة في المبيعات. دايمًا اعمل سيناريو متحفظ وشوف المشروع هيستحمل ولا لأ.A common mistake is over-optimistic sales. Always run a conservative scenario and see whether the project survives.
