الخطواتThe steps
1. ادخل على business.google.com بحساب جوجل خاص بالنشاط، واكتب اسم النشاط زي ما هو على اللافتة بالظبط — من غير كلمات دعاية زيادة.1. Go to business.google.com with a Google account for the business and enter the name exactly as on your sign — no extra keywords.
2. اختار التصنيف الأساسي بدقة (مثلًا «مقهى» مش «مطعم»)، وضيف تصنيفات ثانوية لو محتاج.2. Pick the primary category precisely (e.g. “Coffee shop,” not “Restaurant”) and add secondary categories if needed.
3. حدد العنوان على الخريطة، أو منطقة الخدمة لو بتروح للعميل. وبعدين أكّد الملكية بالطريقة اللي جوجل بيطلبها.3. Pin the address, or set a service area if you visit customers, then complete the verification Google asks for.
4. ضيف المواعيد، ورقم التليفون، ولينك موقعك، و10 صور حقيقية على الأقل (الواجهة، من جوه، المنتجات، الفريق).4. Add hours, phone, your website link and at least ten real photos (exterior, interior, products, team).
5. اكتب وصف 2–3 سطور بيقول بتقدّم إيه ولمين، واطلب من أول 10 عملاء راضيين يكتبوا تقييم.5. Write a two-to-three-line description of what you offer and to whom, then ask your first ten happy customers for a review.
غلطات شائعةCommon mistakes
تغيير الاسم كتير، أو حط أرقام مختلفة في أماكن مختلفة، أو تجاهل التقييمات السلبية. الرد بهدوء على كل تقييم بيبني ثقة.Changing the name often, using different phone numbers in different places, or ignoring negative reviews. Replying calmly to every review builds trust.
